Cold forged bolts
Hex Head Cap Screws
Hex head cap screws are manufactured with tighter tolerances than hex bolts and include a washer face under the head. The tighter tolerances allow a cap screw to be used in tapped hole applications, like those used in heavy equipment, or with a nut. They are available in Imperial and Metric specifications.
Hex bolts are typically used in applications when a nut will be used, and where more generous tolerances are present.
Infasco can provide hex cap screws to industry standard as well as specialty coatings. PPAP’s available for production run parts. Parts to Print with special requirements are always welcome.
